The following is a statement of eloquent mush recently printed in a newspaper:
have given their lives to uphold the principles of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution upon which our representative democracy is based . . ..
In the bold writing above, are these just a lot of colorful words strung together by a sophisticate?
Indeed, I am positive not a single person working in today's media could answer the above question. Just what does they mean these so-called great "principles" within The Declaration of Independence? Similarly, what are these significant points to be considered within the U.S. Constitution? Just what is the relationship between the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution? How many black holes exist within a large one?
Sophisticated writers in the art of media will generally speak of general principles because they have avoided the longer journey required in developing a more formal understanding. By formal, I'm talking about the philosophical foundation long established beneath every issue, subject, or media event. As media customers, we deserve the best! After all, we don't live in just any other nation, you know, those inferior which were created through a legal process, or through the utilization of the traditions of Old World legal precedence. Instead, simply put, our Founders established us as a nation by declaring a whole new order under our feet.
Not to worry about these media sophisticates, rest assured they won't be able to answer any kind of questioning without having first gone back to school and, this time, having to do real studying.
Fact is, these sophisticates now running the modern media are more likely to know more about Marxism and Leninism. For example, what are the subtle differences between these two social and political ideologies? And what are the differences between socialism and communism for that matter?
Again, don't worry, these same media today won't be able to answer most questioning in depth.
Welcome to a new age of the false dichotomy when little effort is utilized in reducing the student's focus towards what is the one formal, ideal culture. Instead, the parts of the whole today are being divided against themselves in many diverse ways. These conflicts work to pit male against female, young against old, rich against poor, black against white, homosexual against heterosexual, and so on.
Blame the two sleazy party system on this seeming advancement into chaos.
Contrary to the two party system, the American Movement is our true advancement over the U.S. Constitution. This process was, as Abe Lincoln might say, born of, by, and for the people, awakening in them during past times when the two party breaks down. During such a state of unfathomable chaos and crises, the American Movement brings the people back to the revering of our Founding Fathers, to the cherishing of the new order they declared within the Declaration of Independence, and to the honoring of the new laws they established within the U.S. Constitution. Finally, the people are brought back to appreciating our Bill of Rights as our proclaimed rights.
Our proclaimed Bill of Rights express God's authority over even any king who would proclaim himself to possess absolute power. Okay, and what is the significance you might ask? Well, the king is the one who wrote proclamations such as the proclamation of 1653 meaning that he believed himself to dictate while possessing God's authority. Meanwhile, in stark contrast, within our Founder's Declaration of 1776, a declaration was made by our Founders while they understood themselves to be standing submissive under God's authority.
Indeed, as our civil rights were granted to us illegally by mere lawyers, our natural rights within the Bill of Rights were proclaimed by our Founders as such rights reduce on the physical level to the extent of the soul. Therefore, as our already possessed natural rights can't be also granted to us later on, so they can never be repealed with such being an offense committed under threat of God's judgement.
This brings us around full circle to answering the questions in the first paragraph. There are no so-called "principles" within The Declaration of Independence, but a singular new order. That new order was an oral declaration made by our *Founding Fathers of a new Natural law which states that:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness."
Our Founders signed their names to this declared document under threat and danger of God's judgement.
Likewise, as it is with the Declaration of Independence, there are no flippant principles within the U.S. Constitution, but new practical laws meant to narrow the heart of the American people towards the original new order - with it being the establishment of a new Natural Law. Our proclaimed Bill of Rights, a separate document within the U.S. Constitution from the document of new laws which have been already mentioned, bind the new order within the Declaration of Independence, with it being the people's righteous
divorce from tyranny, to that of the new laws erected within the U.S. Constitution, with they being practical laws which
remarried us to a "more perfect Union."
* As I have mentioned often, the Almighty can heal people either by His touch or by His spoken Gospel. In other words, God is not concerned with such abstracts as equality and responsibility; but, rather, He is concerned solely with happiness. As Watchman Nee a Chinese brother in the Lord once said, it is God's Willful Nature to provide for us twice what we need. In contrast to Him, because it is our willful nature to cheat ourselves, the best we can receive for ourselves is nothing. The Almighty Himself said that one can commit any offense against the Son of Man and He will have to forgive you. However, the only offense which is unforgivable is to offend (stumble up) the Holy Spirit. This is a paradox. Indeed, killing and maiming children would seem to be the far more serious offense. To the contrary, God, being wise and knowing the functioning of the predatory mind, understands how the preservation of His children is more dependent upon the assured advancement of their Civil Purpose.
**When speaking of the American founders, their title should be expressed in the formal higher case as they are the ones who dealt in matters concerning the Truth as a virtue. In other words, any time "Founding Fathers" is written, a person from Egypt should recognize the material as relating with the American Founding Fathers. After all, they are the ones who willfully stripped themselves of their titles of "Gentlemen" in English high society. They are the ones who created a new nation not officially so, but more as shepherds as they themselves sat among an audience of commoner people as nameless and faceless members. Indeed, they also understood how our nation would become a shambles economically upon any commencement of divorcing our nation out from under the evil and corrupt order of the Old World.
