If the greatest of all powers above all the other lessor powers is the Truth, then the most supreme of courts shouldn't be dealing with the legal precedence of law - that is the business of Congress; but, rather, they should be dealing with any process of information or misinformation concerning the people and the advancement of their Civil Purpose.
From this day onwards, let the Truth deal with a conflict between a blessed king born upon a throne and a cursed prostitute born to live on the street.
Indeed, as the people through our Founders chose to preserve government by establishing it, as Abraham Lincoln once said, of, by, and for the people (as a necessary tyranny for our benefit in other words), then the only way the enemy will ever be victorious against us is by causing confusion - misinformation spread about assorted false dichotomies. These false dichotomies turn male against female, black against white, old against young, rich against poor, heterosexuality versus homosexuality, and so on. Only through this kind of deceit will our enemies succeed in dividing us against ourselves.
Therefore, anytime the U.S. Supreme Court functions in a capacity which is inferior to this most supreme of all courts, the Prime Minister should then take over as the supreme judge.
On this date onward, bind all those evil ones in our government, all those who would take pleasure in stumbling up the children of God, all those who are against these united States, and all those workers of inequity who are against the advancement of the unalienable Civil Purpose the people, and hold them to a higher standard and to a greater penalty under the Light of the Truth.

The Civil Purpose of the people as the true government of there united States versus a mysterious best interest of the Federal Government which, as originally intended, is a necessary evil established of, by, and for the people.
It is important to begin with the Greek philosopher Socrates to demonstrate just how the Supreme Court today, having achieved a primitive function which is less than ideal and far inferior to the Socratic question of what is the most supreme of all courts, is wholly involved with the chaos of legal precedent law, with this being law for the mere sake of law, while ignoring a new order once declared by our Founding Fathers as a new natural law, with this latter kind of law resulting from the process of the metaphysical science of Natural Law itself. This action by our Founders altered the agenda of mankind from an Old World mysterious best interest of a few in society to that of a clear New World Civil Purpose of the many people (commoners).
In other words, our new nation is unique in how it wasn't established utilizing Old World legal precedence, as was the norm back during that time; but, to the contrary, our Founding Fathers took a step down ceremoniously from their rightful high statuses as "gentlemen" in British society to sit in with the lowly commoner people within the American Colony. They then, as mere people, established a government not by Old World legal precedence; but, rather, they established a New World as of, by, and for the people, as Abraham Lincoln once said, creating the new order upon a declared natural law.
After all, one cannot control government by the implementations of endless laws upon laws; but, government will only be made to behave itself by forcing it to perceive its conscience.
Indeed, our Founders did not express endowment in a filthy way with the meaning of an ever expanding government; but, they declared that "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable (natural) Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

In writing this letter to the Supreme Court, I am going to shine a little light on Plato's dialogues beginning with his most important one in Meno.
The following post is written in the form of a *Writ.
Meno: Can you tell me, Socrates, whether virtue is acquired by teaching or by practice; or if neither by teaching nor practice, then whether it comes to man by nature, or in what other way?
Plato is expressing some humor here as Meno gets off on the wrong foot with his discussion with Socrates. As will be learned later in this dialogue, Socrates believed that each human soul already knew all things prior to their births meaning that they needed only a little help from a midwife philosopher, a kind of a teacher Socrates thought of himself as being, in "recollecting" that knowledge. And realize how, outside of Socrates, no one in Greece during this time even understood what the term "virtue" meant. After all, Socrates is the one who developed the rational thought process of inductive reasoning (Aristotle later developed deductive reasoning). So, people pretty much did what they did without giving much thought to the matter. There existed no such teaching process as learning to improve either oneself or ones society for, as was the way of the caste system in Greece, only the offspring of the ruling elite were thought to be able to advance themselves and so were the sole ones taught (by training) to take their inherited positions, in place of their parents, in high Greek society.
Socrates: O Meno, there was a time when the Thessalians were famous among the other Hellenes only for their riches and their riding; but now, if I am not mistaken, they are equally famous for their wisdom,especially at Larisa, which is the native city of your friend Aristippus. And this is Gorgias' doing; for when he came there, the flower of the Aleuadae, among them your admirer Aristippus, and the other chiefs of the Thessalians, fell in love with his wisdom. And he has taught you the habit of answering questions in a grand and bold style, which becomes those who know, and is the style in which he himself answers all comers; and any Hellene who likes may ask him anything. How different is our lot! my dear Meno. Here at Athens there is a dearth of the commodity, and all wisdom seems to have emigrated from us to you. I am certain that if you were to ask any Athenian whether virtue was natural or acquired, he would laugh in your face, and say: "Stranger, you have far too good an opinion of me, if you think that I can answer your question. For I literally do not know what virtue is, and much less whether it is acquired by teaching or not." And I myself, Meno, living as I do in this region of poverty, am as poor as the rest of the world; and I confess with shame that I know literally nothing about virtue; and when I do not know the "quid" of anything how can I know the "quale"? How, if I knew nothing at all of Meno, could I tell if he was fair, or the opposite of fair; rich and noble, or the reverse of rich and noble? Do you think that I could?
Unbeknownst to Meno, Socrates in his response to Meno's questioning directs some playful ridicule in his direction by implying that he has been spending much of his time tarrying with a cohort of sophists (literally meaning "wisdomers"). Just as important, Socrates manages to work his way around tactfully so that he can ask the questions. In doing so, he can utilize the teaching method he devised one which he coined his "dialectic."
Once again, along the way, I believe that Jesus Christ paused to bless this time of ancient Greek philosophy. Indeed, this all must be put in proper perspective as Socrates did not come close to comparing with Christ as Christ was the Holy Fullness as the divine Trinity as He spoke as the Son of Man as the very least one among us, as the Son of God as the greatest one among us, and as the Holy Spirit as all living things among us.
Question: Why did the little sisters in the Gospel of Mark go forward to gather together the disciples in order to place an authority of apostles over their heads? Well, these sisters did so in order to take care of John as he was suffering tremendously from mental illness during the time right after the crucifixion as he no longer had the bosom of the Son of Man to lay his head against. So, in order to take care of John's head, these wonderful worthless little sisters worked diligently to gather the body of Christ back together as the Holy Spirit.
*A writ differs from a classic essay in that, in concerning a writer's audience, it reduces the sum total of the world's population down to within the uncomely being of a lone wretch. Indeed, she has been abandoned by society having to survive homeless on the street. Of the three classifications of prostitutes, a wretch is the lowest form as seen through the eyes of a ruling tyrant. In comparison, the highest form making up prostitutes are the ones worth sleeping with. Meanwhile, the second highest form are the ones who have their lives spared just as long as they are willing to kneel in the ruling tyrant's presence. The last form of prostitute, the wretch, are those who aren't worth keeping around and so are condemned to death. The virgin Mary, the mother of Jesus, was, as she was ultimately judged by Jewish law, treated as a wretch.

General Patton: Victory belongs to the audacious
As the United States is not an official state, so, neither is its government an official one. Indeed, our nation was never blessed by a pope. And as there was no established monarchy within the Colonies of America, so, neither could we hold an official ceremony proclaiming and then crowning our president as a king. Indeed, no Junta of important individuals was ever formed to sign a declaration of independence as was the case in Mexico. Instead, our Founding Fathers called a time out. After rejecting their rightful statuses as gentlemen in high European society, they then got up ceremoniously from their official chairs at the high table to sit with the unofficial people. Not to just sit among the people of the king's aristocracy, mind you, which was the case in similar advancements in prior England, but to sit among lowly commoners.
So, our government should not be considered an official one, but one that was established, as president Abraham Lincoln once said, as of, by, and for the people.
By this new order, the Supreme Court of the United States should not have been contrived of, by, and for itself. As law is quite shallow, just as law for the sake of law is no better than chaos, so was very little thought put into the creation of the Supreme Court.
Okay, so what should the people do today? Government can only be controlled by its conscience meaning that no law has ever been or will ever be passed making our government behave itself. So, this means the people are the Supreme Court. In turn, this means those making up the Supreme Court are just people. Therefore, when the Supreme Court decides to corrupt itself in dealings of the law of the land, with this being congressional business, or by acting as if they as members of our government are superior to the people they represent, then it no longer is acting as the most supreme of all courts.
Any time the Supreme Court deals in matters concerning law for the sake of the law, then, for the sake of the people, the Prime Minister should step in to take over.
Also, neither the president nor Congress of these United States should be playing the part of ultimate Sayers in things concerning the Truth, acting as the editors and chiefs or as heads over all media so to speak, but that responsibility should be taken up by the Supreme Court. Concerning the Supreme Court, they should always be in judgement of matters concerning what is in favor of or what stands in opposition to the prerequisite advancement which is the Civil Purpose of the people.
Ultimately, while evil and its workers of inequity will end up destroying themselves, the ultimate victory will always belong to the audacious.

Concerning all Old World secret societies
Concerning the numerous councils of super powerful in this world, with they being the ones who meet in secret to implement mysterious agendas in opposition to the governments of this earth, on this date of April the third, 2014, I do proclaim such principalities and powers to be in contempt of the prerequisite advancement which is the people's Civil-Purpose.
