What is the most supreme of all courts?

While law for the sake of law once determined the order of things in the Old World, our New World overturned that old order with the ordainment of a Natural Law.  Therefore, within our New World, this new order should trump the law, should favor a new meaning over the former chaos, and should express an idea which both steers and serves the practical aspects involving our nation.  

The question is, what is this new order, meaning, and idea?

1)  As the rulers over the Old World continue following like drunkards after legal precedence, obeying the law blindly for the sake of the law, and acting in their own self interest for the sake of themselves, those living in the New World have faith within the ordainment of the Natural Law, perceiving a basic truth within the deepest of theory, and beholding to it above all other lessor theories, of how all men, whether they be worthless wretches or be blessed kings, are born endowed equally having been created so, as our Founders once declared, with the same exact business agenda for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

2)  As the rulers of the Old World continue stumbling up the children of God, we the people aren't here to advance ourselves for the sake of advancing, competing vainly with our own brothers and sisters; but, as both men of free will by natural right and bondsmen to the same right as a duty, we are here to achieve a greater "end" which is to increase our vision exponentially of God in his glory.          
3)  A burden of a circumcised authority has been placed upon those who serve in our New World government to utilize the law in support of a greater Civil Purpose of the people, and the prerequisite advancement of it.  Indeed, a healthy child is not just merely maintained by being taken care of in this world, but a superior desire exists within the very least of all wretches which is to advance them exponentially in both their minds and bodies.

With sober minds, our Founding Fathers understood this new order, meaning, and idea.

Rewrite: A False Dichotomy Which Pits Rich Against Poor

Again, the one true ongoing dichotomy, the one which has been happening for all of eternity, pits a blessed king against a cursed wretch.

All other dichotomies are false and should be utilized, at best, as necessary evils.  

Most sociological and political-science textbooks divide reality into a political conflict happening between a master class and a slave class.  Karl Marx portrayed this (false) dichotomy as between a bourgeoisie class, those who own the means of production, and a proletariat class, those who have to be subject to working under the authority of this bourgeoisie class.  In actuality, there has always been three classes of people:  1)  Those within an empowered class made up of royalty, 2) those within a wealthy class made up of aristocrats and nobility, and 3) a poor class of nameless and faceless commoners.  While the royalty classes are empowered and thus do not need any money to purchase products, the wealthy rich aristocrats and nobility have to work at least to the extent that they must invest at a risk.  Those in the commoner class have to work in order to survive.

Even more insightful, in past tyrannies, while there was indeed a conflict happening between a ruling master class and an obedient slave class, both of these classes together worked in unison to persecute and expel a third class of outcastes.  This is the subtle point that most don't understand today.  There wasn't two classes making up society, but three.

As I've mentioned before, from what Jesus seemed to have learned as a boy, what He understood Himself to be, He always referred to Himself as the Son of man, or as the very least among those who were the most worthless.  Allow me to elaborate.  As the fearful masses would praise a living Son of God as greater than his own great father, the same people would also rate an unclassified Son of man as the very least born from those who were nameless and faceless.  So, in my interpretation, the term "Son of man" means "the very least of the most worthless born out from those who were nameless and faceless."

As the best understanding of reality entails a lot more complex work, we just can't help being deceived in a direction downhill and off course by an overall paradigm made up of false dichotomies.  These aminated conflicts are presented to us as black versus white, male against female, art against science, rationality versus the irrational, rich against poor, and so on.

Indeed, while this is the real classification under which a selfish cruel world operates, we should instead take responsibility.  For, once again, we are the ones responsible who served the drunkards their drinks, suffer willingly as a result of our actions, and then complained about it afterwards as a consequence.

Indeed, thinking back, it wasn't the fifth prefect Pontius Pilate or King Herod who the Almighty confronted regarding persecutions made against His children, but the seemingly blameless Saul of Tarsus.      

Going strictly by the sequence of events established in the book of Acts, while on his way to Damascus, Saul was confronted by a new convert to Christ, a baptized eunuch, the one the deacon Philip had met up with while preaching the gospel about the death of Stephen.  To Saul, the eunuch and the Christ, the latter of the two being emasculated in the process of his crucifixion, were one and the same.  Indeed, Saul was surely the same horseman who enslaved Simon to help Christ carry his cross.  Simon, aware of the immense power Saul welded to have him arrested and also crucified, dared not refuse the request.  Indeed, Saul surely had to be there during Christ's crucifixion as he would have already been dispatched to spy upon any Christians present as illegal followers of a false prophet.

In other words, the Almighty placed the correct blame on Saul and not on Pontius Pilate and King Herod.  (In acts, Christ as the Holy Spirit did ask Saul for what reason he was persecuting Him).  After all, it was Saul and others of his similar stature within the Roman empire who were responsible for giving  power to all the evil emperors of the Roman Empire.

To back this up with an excellent example, later on, concerning the philosopher of science John Locke and his burden, it wasn't an actual king who proclaimed himself to possess absolute power.  Instead, such a claim was being made by one of the lessors under him named Robert Filmer.  Indeed, in order to advance his own status within the royal kingdom, Robert Filmer wrote a patriarcha arguing on the side of the king possessing the sovereign authority (power) of God Almighty.  In response, John Locke didn't confront the king directly in his writing of the two treatises; but, rather, he confronted the written patriarcha by the author Robert Filmer.

In order to advance themselves even further today, a new class of aristocrat and nobility are now empowering a new ruling emperor over this earth.  Such an authority is false as the position was abolished by Christ and, so, such should be considered the anti-christ.

Government and the process of law is an irrational but necessary tyranny

While being irradiated by chaos and change from above, the heart of a living mutation continues a slow, peaceful, and ordered advancement towards a higher Civil Purpose.  Over time, we have come to realize the existence of a third superior knower in the overall scheme of life.  Indeed, we are now in the process of factoring in this mysterious figure with those other knowers we have long accepted as sophisticates and philosophers.  But this third type of knower is a bully in comparison.  Indeed, he or she has never had to concern themselves with the uphill endeavor of acquiring an education, but their wisdom has always been assured from birth as a benefit willed sovereignly to them - or else there is going to be hell to pay.

Concerning the 911 event in U.S. history, while on one hand there are those who tend to support the government as always virtuous in its actions, on the other there are those who tend to challenge government tyranny.  Even further, what we  can all agree upon, is the beginning of a basic understanding of how government works as an irrational process, as a necessary evil, as an institution manned by fiat bullies.  Interesting is how one  of the underlings supporting these bullies is science.  The ultimate irony with science serving these bullies for the sake of a paycheck is how the rationality of science has to be obedient to the legislating, administrating, and judiciating of these bullies.  Indeed, like the vigorous people who have to work under the bully's authority, the rigorous work of science leaves little time for playing nanny to government shenanigans.  

The only comfort we can all share today other than God Himself Being on our side is that we are headed towards a great realization of this mutual weakness of ours and an acknowledgement of our inability to, at long last, gain control.  That although he or she over us might be stronger than we are, these bullies will never be recognized as intelligent or mature in their understandings, but irrational.

Part 2. My letter to the Supreme Court

People are always thinking in terms of the political two-party system. As a result, lots of people have alternate opinions simply because other people have differing points of views. They are acting in rebellion not against the law, but against the order which was established for the benefit of greater contentment. We break down into teams naturally which then causes the majority of us to become victims to laws legislated, administrated, and judicated endlessly for the sake of the law -- the overheated business of government. Yet, we are the ones who are responsible for providing the drunkards with the drink, who suffer under the drunkards as a consequence of their drunkenness, and then complain about the drunkards actions afterwards. Indeed, when two equal people go into a court with a dispute, one will come out superior over the other. So, how can the law ever achieve equality? The achievement of the law isn't the ideal end, but our ultimate yearning from eternity past has always been to somehow govern ourselves without having to utilize the law.

Kind of surprising, as it was interpreted originally, a right wasn't a legal right at all; but, as John Locke reasoned, a right is a natural right which reduces on the physical level much like DnA.  After all, during the time of our Founding Fathers, there existed very little in the way of the cognitive sciences, but the physical.  So, there is no such right as a "civil right." Rights cannot be legal as such powers are inborn.  As we the people were born with our natural rights, so they did not have to be granted to us by government. Therefore, a natural right cannot be repealed.

Again, governments cannot be controlled by the legislating, the administrating, and the judiating of endless laws, but by the holding of the conscience to a higher standard and to a greater penalty.

Therefore, as it was once deemed righteous for an envisioned wretch to rise above the Almighty to apply ointment to His head, so the people likewise are righteous at times in their interceding by proclamation of sovereignty.

A Quick Reaffirmation

We already wrote a Declaration of Independence.  We already fought a revolution.  We already created a U.S. Constitution.  We already created the Bill of Rights.  We have already returned as transcendent philosophers to revere our Founding Fathers by way of the American Movement process.  So, today, we don't need any further declarations, revolutions, constitutions, or bill of rights.  At the same time, there is only one movement among many false movements and that is the American Movement.  The American Movement process returns us to revering our Founding Fathers, to honoring the new laws they erected within the U.S. Constitution, to understanding the unalienable natural laws they wrote as a proclamation of the people's powers, and to cherishing the new order they declared within the Declaration of Independence.

Concerning the next step, I started this blog to justify the People's Proclamation of Sovereignty.  This pertains to our right to intervene on occasion to hold our government to a higher standard and to a greater penalty under the Light of Truth.

The one true dichotomy or conflict: A classical science called Exponentiality versus a false tautology called modern theoretical science.

What is my purpose for challenging the accepted practice of teaching children the false dichotomies?  Why narrow the teaching of many subjects to that of a single subject of exponentiality?  Well, by narrowing reality to a singularity, metaphysics once again becomes viable.  And when divorcing the people out from under the rule of tyranny, our Founders utilized the metaphysical science of Natural Law.

In other words, in the enemy's arguments today, I'm speaking here about those ruling sophisticates who freely express contempt towards our Founders, they are going to point to the use of the metaphysical science of Natural Law.  Since that distant astounding event back during the time of enlightenment when our Founders gathered to establish a new order by declaring a whole new natural law, a new method of science other than Natural Law has arisen from the Old World called theoretical science.  Please refer to the faction called the Vienna Circle.  This new modern science they concocted has worked to usurp the people's Civil Purpose as it has been utilized by tyranny to fast track the disadvantaged back to subjugation.

But I'm not suggesting we do anything here by way of conspiracy - by our enemy's own method of utilizing the false powers of manipulation - but by that supreme power which is the Truth.

After all, government will never be controlled by the legislating, administering, and judiciating of endless laws, but through the process of sobering the conscience by the exposing to the light of Truth.
