Once again, while the king at one end of the political spectrum was born blessed, the wretch on the other far end of it was born cursed.  As he owns all the property and things on that property, she is a trespasser who owns nothing.

Furthermore, as he will receive as a prerequisite the highest quality healthcare, she will be in debt for receiving the lowest quality of it.  As he is protected by the best of guards, nary a soul will be concerned about her safe keeping.  As he has received the best education, she is such that very few take her seriously.

When communicating with this king and to those who make up the parts of both his ruling aristocracy and his military nobility, it is typical for one to write a standard essay.  In this way, the audiences are divided against themselves into different classifications of experts as well as within assorted other general audiences.

To counter the utilization of the essay, I have created the "writ."  A writ is written to an audience of a single person.  To accomplish this single audience, every living soul on earth is reduced down hypothetically to within the being of the lowest wretch.  Concerning content, the thought conveyed in a writ to this wretch should never exceed one side of a page.  After all, while having to live on the street and having to suffer from the extreme elements of cold and hot weather, one should never be expected to have to turn the page over.  Concerning the substance included in the writ, one should never feel the need to condescend to the wretch.        

At the bottom of most of the posts I have written in this blog, Uncle Emanuel Watkins is a fictitious character I created of, by, and for the people.  I did this for the reason of preventing the present government in power from meddling and corrupting any benefit that might originate from his creation.  The title of Uncle Emanuel's name is Fd. and literally means Founder.  A Founder is any ideal leader suited for the position of leadership, but excludes all those trained in the legal profession.

In contrast to the president of these united States, the prime minister's role in government should be to unify the states and to strengthen their position of power within the overall Republic relative to the powers of the federal government.  As the First Attorney of these united States, Uncle Emanuel is to be the lead defender of our Founding Fathers as they will one day have to stand under the Light of Truth.  He is also to hold the new order they declared within the Declaration of Independence as supreme over every legal precedence of law created for-the-sake-of-law.

As the greatest of benefits are derived from the most precious of alterations made to that which we already possess as an American inheritance - as lightning in a bottle so to speak, so too should the advancement of our American Civil Purpose always supercede those long established traditions involved with maintaining tyranny.

Finally, the Supreme Court is not a power in and of itself, but the most supreme of all courts will be the one concerned solely both with the advancement of the people's Civil Purpose and the repression of tyranny.  When the Supreme Court rules in contempt of the people and in favor of tyranny, then Uncle Emanuel Watkins should ascend to take up that role holding them accountable to a higher standard and to a greater penalty under the Light of Truth.

The American Movement brings New World people back to the revering of our Founding Fathers, to the cherishing of the new order which they established for us within the Declaration of Independence, to the appreciation and understanding of the proclaimed unalienable powers they included within our Bill of Rights, and, finally, to the honoring of the new laws which they instituted for the our sake within the U.S. Constitution.

Before the new laws of a New World could be erected, our Founders had to declare a whole new Natural Law.  In other words, metaphysically speaking, our Founders understood reality to be the establishment of a new order first before new laws could then be instituted upon that new order.  Order has to be established first before laws are then erected upon that order.  In contrast, the laws of the Old World were expected to be obeyed with little thought put into the process all for the sake of the law.  These laws manifested a cruel order - law for the sake of law - which  multitude of the nameless and faceless were made to obey.

In our present New World, a tyranny of lawyers today are now trying to stumble up the American people by the reestablishment of the Old World paradigm which is the obedience of law for the sake of law.            

In these united States, let it now be known that there is just one American Movement.  In contrast to it, all other false dichotomies should be considered "drives."

For example, the old Aristotle left / right paradigm and the more recent one of the two party system, the dividing of the people into teams of Republicans and Democrats, are two well known false dichotomies.  As drives, these are held on occasional as political campaigns.  Such false dichotomies, while necessary evils, work against the people and in favor of tyranny.

Another popular example of a "drive" took place in this nation during the sixties as an effort for equality and was called the "civil rights movement."  However, as one is born possessing their unalienable natural rights, as such rights reduce on the physical level to the extent of the soul.  Therefore, these unalienable natural rights in which we are born with can't later be granted to us as legal rights.  In other words, the ultimate power of the Truth will always hold supreme over the false powers of manipulation.  While our born unalienable natural rights are concrete and immoveable, the manipulated legal (civil) rights that we were granted falsely later on by lawyers should now be viewed as a product of evil doing.

Most of the American people have fallen today to the extent they are convinced that our Bill of Rights are legal (civil) ones.  As such, they also believe that we can have these rights repealed.  

Back to the matter concerning the civil rights movement.  This political drive during the sixties was a false path chosen by many based upon a false dichotomy of white versus black.  This wayward choice was contrary to and so in contempt of the one true American dichotomy which I have expressed above at the beginning of this writ.  Indeed, in their quest to sell themselves as central in importance concerning the plan of our Founding Fathers, a government of lawyers managed to sell this false dichotomy to the American people.

Again, these tactics of false dichotomies are being utilized against the American people today, a most serious offense being committed against the prerequisite advancement of our Civil Purpose.

Another drive based on a false dichotomy pits so-called heterosexuals against the alternate life-style choice of homosexuality.  The reason this dichotomy is false is because of how declared homosexuals tend to wear their faces upon their behinds.  Meanwhile, concerning the prerequisite advancement of our American Civil Purpose, a face must be understood to represent a person's authority.  And consider how the disadvantaged, with these being the nameless and faceless, have long sought to be recognized as having a face of authority?

Like the other false dichotomies above, male versus female is also a false dichotomy tyranny likes to utilize in the stumbling up of the American people.  Yet, within the new temple of our Christian churches - with this cooperative bride serving as the body of Christ - the veil has been lifted off her *face.  This means the bride has been granted a face of authority which is central in importance in God's plan and is a spiritual mystery.

Other false dichotomies utilized by today's tyranny are rich versus poor, the young versus the old, and so on.

Once again, it is quite a paradox how governments can only be controlled by way of conscience.  Actually, as it is impossible for governments to control themselves by the legislating of endless laws, so the only way possible to control government is, as our Founding Fathers realized, by way of conscience.

As the members of every government within these United States and the ministers who (the media) represent them should all now be, in their consciences, fully aware of these points, so let them be held to a higher standard and to a greater penalty under the Light of Truth.

What is our one true American dichotomy? First Draft

A tyranny of lawyers are now trying to stumble up the American people of our New World by reestablishing the Old World paradigm, metaphysically speaking, of the law primarily for the sake of law which, once again, is leading our nation back to the cruel order of tyranny.              

In these united States, let it now be known that there is just one American Movement.  All other movements are false dichotomies and should, instead, be considered "drives."

The left / right paradigm and the two party system of Republicans and Democrats are two well known false dichotomies which, as drives, are held on occasion as political campaigns.  Such false dichotomies, while necessary evils, work against the people and in the favor of tyranny.

Concerning the leisure act of communicating by way of social networking

Once again, as the people can be judged for what they say or write under the Light of Truth, they cannot be held responsible for what they communicate while social networking on a computer.  Indeed, when communicating on a computer, such a person is neither conversing by the oral tradition nor by written form.  Instead, they are simply social networking.

However, those working in the necessary tyranny which is our government, they can be held at all times under the Light of Truth regardless of the form of communication utilized including social networking.

In these united States, the most Supreme of all Courts is the one which judges both in favor of the advancing Civil Purpose of the People and against the evil which is the necessary tyranny our Founding Fathers established over us as a more perfect Union.    

As now you should know better, consider yourselves held to a higher standard and to a greater penalty under the Light of Truth.

What does it mean for one person "to grant" their approval for the benefit of another?

In and of itself, the action verb "to grant" is just another word.  Indeed, there exists little meaning concerning the act of granting for the mere sake of granting.  In other words, governmental actions in these united States should never be defined wholly out of context concerning the people's proclaimed Bill of Rights.  After all, pertaining to the rock solid Truth which is the supreme power, the Bill of Rights of the people supercede even the absolute power which a king once proclaimed himself to possess.

Unlike a legal, civil right, a natural right reduces on the physical level to the soul.  Therefore, one cannot grant nor repeal such an unalienable right to the detriment or for the benefit of another.  This would be just as absurd as granting all mothers allowing them the privilege to love her children.

As an Emperor proclaiming himself to be a living god is just as evil as a king proclaiming himself to possess absolute power, so is it just as evil for a president of these united States to proclaim that he possesses absolute executive privilege to grant.

To thoughtlessly grant endless laws is an action in contempt of the prerequisite advancement of the people's Civil Purpose, an offense which is tantamount to stumbling up the children of God.  Such an act of evil is deemed the worst of all offenses by the Lord Almighty.

As every government official should now understand this point, so consider yourselves to be held to a higher judgement and to a greater penalty under the Light of Truth.

What is a totalitarian press?

First, I'd like to introduce myself.  Hi, I am an American extremist.  Being such, this means that I revere my Founding Fathers, that I cherish the natural law they declared within the Declaration of Independence, and that I honor the new laws they erected within the U.S. Constitution in their efforts to institute for the people a more perfect Union.

I say that these new laws were erected within the U.S. Constitution because they were set up upon a whole new order.

Concerning extremism, all men are extremists as members of mankind because they are either of the female persuasion on one extreme side or of the male persuasion on the other.  After all, it is an extremist idea to declare "We hold thees truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.   

In other matters, I must admit to making the mistake of assuming the word "Sayer" means someone who preaches.  The word is said to be Welsh actually for someone who once worked sawing (a sawyer) wood.

I have zeroed in on the word "minister" as the more appropriate aristocratic person or persons employed by the ruling monarchy to help, to put it in accurate but awkward terms, in the manufacturing of consent from the people by way of reciting such scripts as royal decrees and proclamations.  Subtle point, the office of the minister during times of tyranny would have included both the royal operations of intelligence and of the supposed "free" press.

So, during the times when the corrupted Roman emperors were accepting young women and small boys into their harems (secret places of pleasure), it wasn't the people who approved of such deviancy.  No!  Indeed, it was those serving in his the aristocracies of these corrupted emperors who approved of such filthy behavior.

In other words, the vast majority of the commoners weren't allowed to express an opinion as they were prohibited by law from partaking in the business of manipulating information.  So, one is to assume that the royal department of the Minister was responsible for both the manufacturing of propaganda and in the bringing about the propagators of misinformation to justice.

The people aren't represented by the so called free media, but by their proclaimed Bill of Rights.  I say these natural rights of the people are proclaimed because they are greater in God's authority than was the absolute power proclaimed by kings.

Machiavelli is the one who argued on the side of the monarchy and his or her utilizing organized crime against the people.  As the united States continues its return to the former tyranny of the Old World, the former organized crime and the caste system perpetuated by tyranny are, once again, becoming one and the same.

On the matter of the school shooting at Sandy Hook being a staged hoax?  Well, start at the top.  There has been no effort by the executive branch of the federal government to refute any of the many bold faced lies ushering down from the top.  At the same time, the ministry of propaganda has become totalitarian in its dispensation of information as there longer exists a competing media.  At the same time, the secret agencies of misinformation, the NSA, the CIA, and so on, have become more Soviet styled in their tactics of staging false flags within these united States.  Consider how our government back during the Cold War would once freely revealed to the American people how the KGB would stage false flag events in order to keep the other Slavic and Muslim states within the old Soviet Union in a perpetual state of war with the free world?

Even though there is no difference between an emperor proclaiming himself to be a god and worshipped as one, between a king proclaiming himself to possess absolute power, and between a president stating that he possesses absolute executive privilege, and even though elderly Cubans living within this nation have voiced their concerns about the similarities between the dictator Fidel Castro and president Obama, the media has remained silent.

I am making these points as this nation's acting Supreme Court because one of the duties of the most supreme of all courts is to act as this nation's Editor and Chief.  In other words, the forces that be within the federal government have been stumbling up the people of these united States. This means the federal government today is ruling in contempt of the people's Civil Purpose.

Holding the office of the presidency of these united States in contempt concerning the prerequisite advancement of the people's Civil Purpose

The office of the presidency of these united States has corrupted to serving in contempt as he or she does not nor has he or she ever possessed absolute executive privilege.  Indeed, the sovereign authority of God within these united States exists solely within the people's proclaimed Bill of Rights.  In comparison to these greater powers contained within the U.S. Constitution, the office of the presidency of these united States was meant originally to be a mere member of a greater government of three parts.

At best, the original intentions of our Founders in crafting a New World government were to go beyond the maintaining of the people in a perpetual state of tyranny, which is a dynasty, to that of a greater Civil Purpose of advancing them.

As every government official should now know better, on this date of the sixteenth day of June in the year 2014 ACE, consider yourselves held to a higher standard and to a greater penalty under the Light of Truth.

Again, when using the model above as a guideline, it is easier to see how the king on the right has become a lawless tyrant.  Indeed, lawless tyrants are the ones who create laws a single time for the reason that he and / or she won't have to obey them as they build into the system immunity from prosecution.  Meanwhile, everyone else in his or her kingdom will be subject to those laws.  On the other extreme inverse side of the New World spectrum above, the cursed wretch can be persecuted with impunity even to the extent that he or she is killed.  Again, the wretched old woman at the left of the model represents the outcastes in society who are rejected by both the master and the slave classes.  

Within a legal world of the tyrant king redeveloping today, the managers of once private institutions are having to become quasi-lawyers.  Indeed, more and more, the kinds of problems managers are facing today are legal ones.  Try to follow the absurdity here.  When managers are faced with problems today, they oftentimes have to call downtown to get advice from a local lawyer.  In response to the problem, the local lawyer will call another senior lawyer located at the state capital.  In turn, he or she will then have to call a superior federal lawyer based in Washington D.C..  

In the process of managing problems in this centralized way, we are transforming into an amateur society.  Why?  Well, this is because lawyers know very little outside of the necessary evil of law they were trained meaning that they know very little about the other functions of society.  Yet, they are the ones involved with regulating those functions.  

This is proof enough that decentralization isn't just a political opinion, but such a circumcised authority achieved is an absolute prerequisite in order for the wretched people to advance their American Civil Purpose.

I can give one example of how our nation has transformed from more of a decentralized free society into that of a centralized legal tyranny.  I worked part time at a Mexican restaurant as a security guard.  I happened to remember how this restaurant was perceived back thirty years earlier.  The people loved it.  The customers in the restaurant were happy just as the people working within the restaurant loved it.  

This has changed drastically however.  When I worked at the restaurant recently, the customers in line to place their order would often turn to me whispering asking what was the problem with the employees working on the other side of the counter.  The managers who were over the employees were also quite miserable because someone thought it smart to post signs soliciting the hiring of new managers out on the doors of the entrance.  From top to bottom, a place that was once a very happy place had now become a place of misery for employees and customers alike.

Why has this become the case?  Well, blame it on the lawyers.  Lawyers are now in control of everything from top to bottom and they are setting policy ultimately at a distance of thousands of miles away from, well, . . . the White House.

As it stands today, we are becoming a nation of many children ruled over by a few adults.  As little children, we are more willing to believe in things such as aliens from outer space, the existence in creatures like Big Foot, and in such unscientific notions as global warming.  

We should always beware becoming those kinds of people who stumble up the children of God.  In the end, the only pollution important concerning God and mankind are the persecutions suffered under religion - deception brought about by the long established traditions of legal tyranny.  All other forms of pollution outside of this legal tyranny are abstracts created by such evil and utilized by it to stumble up the children of God.

In our quest to advance our American Civil Purpose, the decentralization of authority is an absolute prerequisite.

With the hopes of eliminating most of the conflicting opinions, let us utilize the above model as a truth engine.  From the point of view of the tyrant, the wretch is deemed the very least of all the prostituted in his kingdom.  Indeed, as I've already mentioned, there are altogether three levels of prostitution:

Highest rated prostitute:  Worthy enough to be slept with at home to the extent she will be kept in his harem, with this being his protected secret place.

Middle rated prostitute:  Not worthy enough to be slept with to the extent she won't be allowed in his home or kept in his harem.  However, her life is worthy enough to be spare as long as she is willing to kneel before his presence.   

Lowest rated prostitute:  A wretch.  She is a worthless and ugly woman who isn't worth having her life spared.  An outcaste.  Repulsed from society by both the master and the slave classes.

Indeed, in the tyrannies of old, there did not exist just two classes of people, as is most often taught; but, there existed three classes of them.  There was a ruling class made up of a tyrant and his or her surrounding aristocracy and nobility, a slave class whose lives were spared to serve the aforementioned ruling class providing the lessor duties like feeding, maintenance and cleaning, and, finally, an untouchable class of outcastes who were rejected and oftentimes killed outright by those making up the remaining society of both the ruling and slave classes.

So, for his pleasure and protection, the highest rated prostitutes are those allowed into the home of the tyrant as either his aristocracy or his military nobility.  The middle rated prostitute are those allowed to serve the king, his aristocracy, and his nobility in the surrounding wilderness - again, just as long as she is willing to kneel in obedience to them. And, finally, the most worthless and lowest rated wretches are those banned to having to live and learn to survive on the streets as outcastes.

According to our Founding Fathers, "all men (both male and female) were created equal born into this world with the same exact business agenda:

We hold these truths to be self-evident (not in terms of easy to understand these truths, but in terms of their undeniability), that all men (both male and female) are created equal, that they are endowed (not physically in context, but esoterically in meaning) by their creator with certain *unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.    

An unalienable right of the people within the U.S. Constitution cannot be repealed.  The same is true of the legal civil rights which came about later on by the lawyers as they cannot be repealed because they were originally inserted by our Founders ith the intention that they possess the supreme power of proclamation.  As such, they serve as a warning to every tyrant and their tyranny of aristocrats and nobility.

Indeed, our proclaimed Bill of Rights within the U.S. Constitution are a separate document from the rest within the U.S. Constitution as they serve to join together both the prior document of the new order our Founders declared as a natural right within the Declaration of Independence - the justification for our divorce from a former corrupt ruler - and the document of a new scheme they instituted within the U.S. Constitution as a necessary evil of a new government.  This more perfect Union they established was erected upon the whole new order they declared within the Declaration of Independence which altogether serve as justification for our royal divorce from tyranny and our new marriage to a more perfect Union.  

Furthermore, according to John Locke, the people's proclaimed natural rights will always take precedence over the king's supreme right to proclaim possession of absolute power.  Adding further light to his idea, the position of the emperor was a corrupt  authority eliminated by Christ and replaced by a new authority made up of the Chosen Vessel Paul and of the other Apostles under his authority.  Every Emperor of the Roman Empire was corrupted at the time to the extent that each declared that they possess absolute power.  For they each declared themselves to be living gods and were then oftentimes worshipped as such even before their deaths.   Therefore, there is no difference between a corrupt emperor declaring himself to be a god than a lessor king or queen proclaiming themselves to possess absolute power, or a president of the United States declaring that he or she possesses absolute executive privilege.  When attempting to achieve such power, they all make the same claim that they answer to no authority other than themselves.

What you are reading here are further ongoing efforts by me to write a letter to a wayward Supreme Court.  Indeed, the Supreme Court was not dug up from the ground; but, the most supreme of all courts will be that one most supreme above all others.  In our New World, just as our Founders created our present government crafting it as members of the people and not as officials or important members making up a Junta, so should the most supreme of all court be established also, as president Lincoln once said during his Gettysburg Address, of, by, and for the people.

However, the acting Supreme Court of the United States today acted in contempt as they did not wait on the people's burden deciding instead to hastily create their own authority upon prior traditions of legal precedence.  Indeed, they ushered back in the same tyranny of the Old World, one which was not based upon the new order, the Natural Law our Founders declared within the Declaration of Independence.

Yet, as a member of society, I would have never have learnt to obey the law for the sake of the law.  Rather, I have become submissive to the laws today because of my perception of a higher order.  

Just as law for the sake of the law is no better than chaos, and just as those immune as the lawless in society hinder other by creating laws for them to obey, so, too, do the animals live by the same cruel laws of nature.

Yet,  as they don't know any better, the animals will be held blameless. meaning that those corrupted workers of inequity ruling in our government today will be judged as lessor than even the animals.

The Exceptionalism Model of Politics: Advancing slightly upon what we already possess as our inheritance

While the wretch is located within an eternity of time (no end or beginning) at one infinite far end of the political spectrum, with this being at either the right or left side of it, the king would be located the same at the other end of it.  This political model places the rest of us between the inverse two at a more moderate middle.

A deceitful tool of those workers of inequity ruing over us in what has become a legal world today is to wave banners in support of the virtue of voting in democratic elections.  Yet, if at all possible, in the New World, we should avoid voting as much as possible treating such as a necessary evil to be avoided.  To do so, whenever two opponents face off, one should be expected to know enough to submit to his or her opponent before the actual election takes place.  If the election actually does take place and if he or she is wrong in predicting themselves as the winner, they then have to skip the next election.

In governments circumcised in their authority, it would not matter who wins elections.  Indeed, the best economies are created by those people who are left alone freed to express themselves.

We are not here for responsibility and equality as these are mere means to an end, but we are here, above all else, to advance a greater Civil Purpose.  This greater Civil Purpose entails both our obedience to the greater order - the natural law our Founders declared while divorcing us out from under the corrupt rule of tyranny - and our submission to the laws of the U.S. Constitution which were later erected upon that greater order of a natural law.

What is Patriotism?  

Wikipedia:  Patriotism is, generally speaking, cultural attachment to one'shomeland or devotion to one's country, although interpretations of the term vary with context, geography andpolitical ideology. It is a set of concepts closely related to those ofnationalism.

What is Nationalism?  

Wikipedia:  Nationalism is a belief, creed or political ideology that involves an individual identifying with, or becoming attached to, one's nation. Nationalism involves national identity, by contrast with the related construct of patriotism, which involves the social conditioningand personal behaviors that support a state's decisions and actions.

What is Culture?

Culture (Latin: cultura, lit. "cultivation"^[1]) is a modern concept based on a term first used in classical antiquity by the Roman orator Cicero: "cultura animi" (cultivation of the soul). This non-agricultural use of the term "culture" re-appeared in modern Europe in the 17th century referring to the betterment or refinement of individuals, especially througheducation. During the 18th and 19th century it came to refer more frequently to the common reference points of whole peoples, and discussion of the term was often connected tonational aspirations or ideals. Some scientists such asEdward Tylor used the term "culture" to refer to a universal human capacity.

In the 20th century, "culture" emerged as a central concept inanthropology, encompassing the range of human phenomena that cannot be directly attributed to genetic inheritance. Specifically, the term "culture" in American anthropology had two meanings:

1. the evolved human capacity to classify and represent experiences with symbols, and to act imaginatively and creatively; and
2. the distinct ways that people, who live differently, classified and represented their experiences, and acted creatively.^[2]

Hoebel describes culture as an integrated system of learned behavior patterns which are characteristic of the members of a society and which are not a result of biological inheritance.^[3]

Distinctions are currently made between the physical artifacts created by a society, its so-called material culture, and everything else,^[4] the intangibles such as language, customs, etc. that are the main referent of the term "culture". 

Lawless people devise laws for others to obey; meanwhile, in stark contrast, lawful people live by a higher order. As I've often said, the simpleton leaders of today accept the notion of law first, as if there is some kind of beauty in the law for the sake of law, and then order as a vague afterthought.  But in the New World of the United States, a new order was first declared by our Founders as a whole new foundation.  This divorce from Old World Tyranny required new laws to be erected upon the natural law or new order established by our Founders.

Indeed, this is exceptional beyond the normal that exists outside of the borders of the United States.

Furthermore, chaos is established when rebellious, lawless leaders reference the in-born natural abilities of their own greatness arguing eloquently that such is a foundation sufficient enough for us to stand.  Meanwhile, lawful leaders stand upon a foundation which has been both long suffering and persevered by our ancestors.  Therefore, the greatest of benefits are truly derived from the most precious of alterations.  A person's face represents authority after all.  This means helpful change concerning the people travels at a speed of recognition.  The father recognizes the face of his son, the son his father.

My own father cherished the foundation our Founding Fathers established.  Profound in realization, as his son, I could never be greater than he as I was born out of him.  Yet, and here is the trick, when one combines our own inferior condition with the love our Founding Fathers left for us as our inheritance, we develop the potential to become greater than they.

Indeed, just as the endeavor of the law is a means to an end becoming a necessary evil in society for a great Civil Purpose, we all prosper because most learn to live by a higher order.  Again, the obtaining of this higher order is indeed exceptional on the phenomenal level.

Our Founders did not intend for us to have to suffer as they once had to do so in a legal world of tyranny.  This tyranny has always utilized the false dichotomies of male versus female, young against old, rich against poor, black versus white, and so on, as lies to deceive the people.  

As we the people of these United States are truly exceptional, only the most ignorant among us will use the term "exceptionalism."
