A Letter To the Most
Supreme of All Courts
by Uncle Emanuel Watkins

Preface

The primary reason for my developing the position of prime minister was for the purpose of creating a new form of leader to take the place of an overabundance of legal professionals now in power.  While such an ideal leader should be created of, by, and for the people, I realized the special interests being represented by corrupted legal officials would intervene as they tend to manage every affair in our lives in order to manufacture consent from us.  So, I decided to take the bold decision of holding the position myself.  In other words, as our Founders ordained and established a more perfect Union as “We the people,” so this position of authority should also be developed in like manner.  As officials elected by the people will always feel they should perform some kind of action in return, in contrast, the prime minister should always place emphasis on constraint of power.  Indeed, the burden of our Founding Fathers was to circumcise authority to that of a necessary tyranny.

Other than this primary reason, here are a few other points I address in the letter:

I create a new form of writing called a “simple writ” which,  when put into practice, will work in establishing a new kind of leader called a “Founder.“

I replace an antiquated left/right political spectrum with that of a new one.  This model depicts a king on one far side and an inverse of a wretch on the other.  This development has been a burden of mine in order to expose the faulty dichotomies that are utilized by the many deceitful ones in our government today.  These faulty dichotomies are in opposition to the Will of the Truth and its supreme power and should be both put into perspective and referred to as the false powers of manipulation.
I define our American Civil Purpose and how its advancement is a prerequisite.  I also demote government in importance to that of a necessary tyranny and its business of law making to that of necessary evil doings.

I have found the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Congress, and the U.S. president to all be in contempt of the people and the prerequisite advancement of their Civil Purpose.

I manifest within an ordainment the position of prime minister of these United States

I link indelibly the Declaration of Independence to that of the U.S. Constitution.  While the first formal document ordains our divorce from tyranny, the second one establishes our rightful remarriage to a more perfect Union.

I establish a new science that I call “exponentialism.“  I did so to support both our metaphysical Founding Fathers and the American Movement process which later on after them.  The emphasis taught in our schools shouldn't just be focused on change and the incredible amounts of it involved, but also on the tremendous amounts of energy required to cause even the smallest amounts of change.

I define the American Movement as the only true movement.  Every other contrived political gimmick such as the labor, suffrage, and civil rights movements should be considered distractions and referred to as false movements.  The one true American Movement brings people back to revering our Founding Fathers, to cherishing the new order they established within the Declaration of Independence, to honoring the new laws they instituted within the U.S. Constitution, and to a central understanding of the embodiment of our Bill of Rights and how they cannot be taken away from us as we were born with them unalienable in our souls  -- they are God given.

I justify the people’s right to intermittent sovereignty concerning the actions of our government and the affairs of those who operate within it.

I define the difference between what is a person’s right and what is their duty.  In order to perform our duty,  we must first achieve free will by right.  After achieving our rights, we can then choose to enslave ourselves to a duty by our own free will.

A Manifesting Preamble

The greatest of benefits are derived from the most precious of alterations. Within any time period, sons of one generation must recognize a similarity between the faces of their fathers and their own.  In stark contrast to order, tyranny causes confusion and suffering dividing and conquering us by their utilization of the faulty dichotomies.  These are false powers derived  through manipulation.  The fruit of such deceit is political chaos which are eventful changes manufactured endlessly through the thoughtless enactments of laws.

In contrast to all this cruel legal business, while they stood upon a solid foundation laid down for them by their own founders, our reverent Founding Fathers achieved much by doing little. Indeed, by the simple action of narrowing their focus upon the declaration of a natural law, they founded a base for a new order upon which they then built a whole New World. After ordaining this new foundation, our Founders then established upon it a new Constitution for the purpose of instituting a new form of government.  Within the preamble of that new Constitution, one will not hear voices from conquering officials addressing a vanquished people as our Founders would have had every right to speak to us in the Old World system; but, rather, they chose to create a whole new order of standing among us as our representatives. Indeed, within the light they manifested within the preamble, they addressed tyranny of, by, and for the people, as a wise Abraham Lincoln once noted, for the purpose of warning all future officials that the brilliance from the Enlightenment period was never meant to shine upon officials, but upon the glorious people themselves, upon the worthless who congregated in fellowship in order to establish a new form of government, and upon the nameless and faceless ones who, by the preserving of authority for a greater cause of advancing our Civil-Purpose, chose to institute a more perfect Union.

While threats today against the many sons of God are great, the wretches in the four Gospels not only endured the worst of hell, but they were willing to suffer the very worst of it for the sake of their lessors.  Witnessing them intervene with the ministry of the Almighty in such a way, we too can become empowered in our advancing forward.  Being so enlightened and envisioned myself, I Fd. Uncle Emanuel Watkins do ordain and establish of, by, and for the people of these United States the position of prime minister.

Introduction

In order to speak to you in this introduction as the person of Uncle Emanuel Watkins, I first had to ordain his character also in a light filled preamble.   At the beginning of the U.S. Constitution, a preamble is presented too as a similar manifestation.  Rather than reinstitute the same traditional legal precedence from the Old World, the preamble instead attempts to shine light on a whole new order.  During preceding times, such written clarity would not have been a requirement as laws were understood to be proclamations.  Indeed, our Founders did not have to write a manifesting preamble into the U.S. Constitution.  Instead, without any explanation, they could have began the legal document as an unspoken proclamation by fiat subjecting us as subjects under a king to either obey the new laws proclaimed or else face the consequences.  The amazing aspect about the preamble of the U.S. Constitution is that it even exists.  Its manifestation stands in contempt of Old World legal precedence.  Likewise, in the opening preamble of this letter, I ordain the title of prime minister not by officials, but of, by, and for the people.

As a result, now the authority of Uncle Emanuel Watkins becomes real.  Think of his character as just a small addition to a magnificent mansion or a footnote to an already existing masterpiece.  I like to think of him as a metaphoric stray dog under the table.  I created his character as a work of fiction to be utilized in political science much the same way businessmen will refer to 'gadgets' and 'widgets' when speaking about hypothetical business models and methods.  Indeed, he is an ideal position of authority who I created both openly and in the light of, by, and for the people.  The title of 'Fd.' at the beginning of Uncle Emanuel’s name denotes 'Founder.'  While a Founder can be anyone, he or she cannot be a legal attorney or anyone having anything to do with law.  He or she will have earned their honorific titles by the writing of many ’simple writs.’
A simple writ is a style of writing.  In contrast to the more official essay which divides its potential reading audience into many classifications and dichotomies, a simple writ includes the whole world as its reading audience shrinking them all down to within the being of a lone wretch.

If you too decide to walk down this path, here are the few rules to follow.  First, write your simple writs outside while experiencing the most extremes of elements both during the hottest of days and coldest of nights.  As the wretch will be suffering from these same harsh conditions, tune the written material to her situation limiting the contents of your writing to one side of a single page.  Don't bother referencing any of your information as she won't have the means to validate any of it.  While the kings of the earth have lots of leisure time for such personal enrichment, in stark contrast, the wretch is quite desperate.  Next, never limit the complexity of your message by condescending towards her.  And, finally, remember, as the wretch is only a metaphor, you don't ever have to give the message to her.

The following is an example of a simple writ:

Reading towards the end of the Gospel of Mark, I had to stop and marvel.  As revealed in this gospel, the wretched little sisters responsible for burying the body of Christ after His crucifixion were already functioning together as the church even to the extent that it was said they were already speaking with angels. So, being a typical man, I had to ask myself the question of why anyone in this blessed situation would desire venturing out to gather up a lost flock of disciples in order to have them placed as an authority over their own heads?
When considering the actions of these sisters, please don't get religious on me.  Indeed, one does make a good argument claiming that they were so broken in spirit to the extent that they were able and willing to follow after the Holy Spirit.
Actually, I believe these sisters were able to go against their own nature out of concern for the fragile head of the disciple John.  See, the disciple John, now the son of Mary, was born mentally ill which is why he had to keep his head in direct and constant contact with Christ.  After Christ's crucifixion, he would have begun to fall ill again.  So, in order to care for him, the sisters realized John needed to keep his head in direct contact with the Holy Spirit.  To usher in the Holy Spirit, the sisters built up the church which required establishing an authority over it:
 John: 26-27
26 When Jesus saw his mother (the Wretch) there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to her, “Woman, here is your son,” 27 and to the disciple, “Here is your mother.” From that time on, this disciple took her into his home.
In the eyes of the fallen emperors and corrupted kings, these worthless little sisters of the early church were perceived as the nameless and faceless in the lake of fire.   Spiritually speaking, the nameless and faceless creatures on earth are supposed to be the insects.  The reason for this is the way they lack any noticeable facial features.  Indeed, as a creature’s face represents their authority, the insects will be shown the least amount of respect to the extent that they are killed on sight without any hint of remorse.  So, as the brilliant face of Christ would have the greatest of authority, in contrast, the insects would have the very least of it.
Only after establishing this proper perspective can we then take the very least among these nameless and faceless creatures and utilize them to glorify the greatest who created them.  I'm speaking here about the little ants.
Like the wretches themselves, these ants are always in a desperate battle for survival.  They should be thought of as our little sisters as they too are fighting the same battle to remain on this earth as living organisms with free wills.  However, these ants are in a much more desperate situation as they can't devolve to be much smaller without risking becoming a symbiotic part of a larger living organism.
So, incredibly, in order to get down to business, the ant has resorted to storing away the males of her species.  Indeed, not being able to even feed themselves, the drone male ants are as helpless as the ant babes in eggs.  To get matters in hand and under control, it is the ant colony of females who do the functioning as they do all the work, the management, and the fighting.  Indeed, the males aren't needed for the colonies survival, but are in preservation for the future potential of the ant nest one day growing and thriving into beings with free wills.
So, the little sisters in the Gospel of Mark went out of their way to gather an authority over their own heads, but not for the reason of behaving more responsible and equal.  No, the reason they went out of their way to establish an authority was out of concern for the well-being of another.   Then again, my interpretation of that particular passage of the Gospel of Mark might be one hundred and eighty degrees off the mark.

Part I.  Duties of the Prime Minister

1.  All future prime ministers and deputies must earn the honorific title of 'Founder' by the writing of Simple Writs.  These simple writs will be filed and open for public viewing.

2. A function of the prime minister is to deputize others who are worthy enough to take on the role of prime minister as well as to disqualify those who seem important enough, but lack the character, for whatever reason, to hold the position. He or she will also provide reasons for their qualifications and / or disqualifications of such individuals.  These records will also be filed and open for public viewing.

3. Serve as the most supreme of all courts during times when the U.S. supreme court becomes corrupted concerning the people's Civil Purpose and the prerequisite advancement of it. As the supreme power is the Truth, so the authority welded by the prime minister will be wholly a matter of manifesting Light upon the conscience and have nothing to do with the rule of law (the manipulative false powers). He or she, when they are making judgments, have been ordained to do so only as an intermittent sovereignty.  However, during such times of judgment, they will be empowered to hold our government and its officials to a higher reward and to a greater penalty under the Light of Truth.

4. As the position of president of the United States has devolved to that of both an executive leader and a commander and chief over special interests, the prime minister should be considered appointed specifically of, by, and for the people of these united States -- albeit unofficially so.  The prime minister will work with each of the united States in maintaining a balance of authority between themselves and the necessary tyranny of the over riding federal government.  This position may not be corrupted by any act of official legislation, administration, or adjudication by the necessary tyranny instituted by our Founders.

5. The office of the prime minister is responsible for raising up other members with the honorific title of Founder. His or her manifest will be to raise up a new kind of leader to replace legal lawyers and law makers weeding them out from government.

6.  As our Founders all took a sacred oath, spoke of divine providence, and signed their names under threat of judgment, a duty of the prime minister is to serve as their first attorney under the light of Truth.

7.  These few rules are to remain narrow, but flexible.

Part II.
The Right of the Wretch
To Intermittent Sovereignty

While the lesser courts should deal in matters concerning the rule of law, the most Supreme of All Courts  would deal in matters concerning the manifestation of light unto the conscience.  When they were shown this light themselves, the disciples, being that they were intoxicated by the law, expressed very little fear and remorse.  As a result, they were blinded from seeing a brilliant light standing right in front of them.  In contrast, the very least of the wretches were drawn to His light in fear and trembling seeking His salvation believing that He possessed the ability to either save ones soul or to cast it into eternal hell.  Yet, these wretches out of concern for the well being of others committed the very serious offense of intervening in our Lord's ministry.  He did not judge these lowest of wretches, but it was the law within His disciples that condemned them.  Instead, His great power having been charmed, he marveled at them.

Therefore, the people's Bill of Natural Rights are not justified by the law, but through the Lord’s tremendous mercy and grace.  Likewise, by the incredible toleration He showed towards the many wretches He encountered in the four Gospels, the people too are empowered to intervene in the affairs of our government..  Any attempt to manipulate these rights away from the people shall be judged contempt and be considered the most serious of all offenses tantamount to stumbling up the children of God.

As every ruling official should know better, consider yourselves now held to both a higher reward and greater penalty under the Light of Truth.
