As the United States is not an official state, so, neither is its government an official one. Indeed, our nation was never blessed by a pope. And as there was no established monarchy within the Colonies of America, so, neither could we hold an official ceremony proclaiming and then crowning our president as a king. Indeed, no Junta of important individuals was ever formed to sign a declaration of independence as was the case in Mexico. Instead, our Founding Fathers called a time out. After rejecting their rightful statuses as gentlemen in high European society, they then got up ceremoniously from their official chairs at the high table to sit with the unofficial people. Not to just sit among the people of the king's aristocracy, mind you, which was the case in similar advancements in prior England, but to sit among lowly commoners.
So, our government should not be considered an official one, but one that was established, as president Abraham Lincoln once said, as of, by, and for the people.
By this new order, the Supreme Court of the United States should not have been contrived of, by, and for itself. As law is quite shallow, just as law for the sake of law is no better than chaos, so was very little thought put into the creation of the Supreme Court.
Okay, so what should the people do today? Government can only be controlled by its conscience meaning that no law has ever been or will ever be passed making our government behave itself. So, this means the people are the Supreme Court. In turn, this means those making up the Supreme Court are just people. Therefore, when the Supreme Court decides to corrupt itself in dealings of the law of the land, with this being congressional business, or by acting as if they as members of our government are superior to the people they represent, then it no longer is acting as the most supreme of all courts.
Any time the Supreme Court deals in matters concerning law for the sake of the law, then, for the sake of the people, the Prime Minister should step in to take over.
Also, neither the president nor Congress of these United States should be playing the part of ultimate Sayers in things concerning the Truth, acting as the editors and chiefs or as heads over all media so to speak, but that responsibility should be taken up by the Supreme Court. Concerning the Supreme Court, they should always be in judgement of matters concerning what is in favor of or what stands in opposition to the prerequisite advancement which is the Civil Purpose of the people.
Ultimately, while evil and its workers of inequity will end up destroying themselves, the ultimate victory will always belong to the audacious.
