The People's Proclamation of Sovereignty.

We the people are the dictators over every personal affair and possess every right to intervene.  However, being like gentle sheep, we have no desire for such business. Indeed, we have preserved the economy as a necessary evil redeeming it for the greater aim of advancing our Civil Purpose.

One can see this truth on reflection in how, during the second World War, when our defeated brethren in Germany, Italy, and Japan all lost in humiliating battles, it was the surviving people of those nations who were held responsible for the waywardness of their governments.  Yet, one cannot make a government behave itself enacting thoughtless changes by the legislating of endless laws.  Indeed, government has never and will never behave itself of, by, and for itself, but has experienced periods of fruition when held to the Light.

As it is for the people of every defeated nation, so is it the same for the these United States.  It is the people who are held responsible for the misdeeds of the government.  Indeed, regardless of the actions of those in government, it will always be the people who are taxed with having to pay the penalty.

So, next to God Himself, it is the people who are sovereign.  As we have no desire to possess such authority, it becomes necessary at times for us to overcome to intervene intermittently.  After altering events, we will then relinquish such a duty back to the necessary tyranny that was established originally by our Founders.

The glory of God is not of a government that is exclusive of the nameless and faceless.

Fd. Uncle Emanuel Watkins
Prime Minister of these united States
