On this nineteenth day of April in the year 2013, I being the person of William M. Jones II. (Uncle Emanuel Watkins) as the attorney for our Founding Fathers under God's judgement, and as the representative of the very least one among the people, that I swear to being a legal citizen of the United States, and, as such, do now take on the role of interim Prime Minister of the Union - of the fifty sovereign states, or of nations, standing together United as a virgin people from the rest of the world to the extent that "all men" are to be included into our society.
As it was the commoner people who created the government of the United States, so do I today create the role of Prime Minister of the United States for the express duties of strengthening the Union, of limiting the role of government, and of advancing the people's Civil Purpose, with this latter function pertaining to that new order our Founding Father's declared a natural law within the formal document of The Declaration of Independence.
Any attempt by the Federal government of these United States to stumble up the children of God by usurping this newly created position will be deemed a serious offense in contempt of the people's Civil Purpose.
