Rewrite number one:

The inclusion of the Bill of Rights as articles within the U.S. Constitution were intended originally to hold our government accountable under judgement of the Truth.  Indeed, their significance went beyond mere legal precedence because, as John Locke had it figured, natural rights reduced literally on the physical level to be utilized by a disadvantaged majority in their controlling of a tyranny of a few.

Later on in the fourteenth amendment, congress divided the people, stripping them of their empowered Bill of Rights by legislating them as legal, or as civil rights.  This alteration has worked over many years in favor of tyranny and to the detriment of the people as rather than the emphasis remain on a tyranny of a few persecuting a disadvantaged majority as our Founders envisioned the conflict, the legal precedent lawyers stepped in to distract the people away from our Founder's original vision, to divide the people into classifications exclusive of government itself, and to confuse them with false dichotomies.

As was originally intended by our Founding Fathers, the people were to be empowered as the greatest part of the governmental process.  In contrast to them, the smaller part of the more Perfect Union they envisioned was to be the involvement of a necessary tyranny, with this being the institution of an ideal three part government.

Again, it was when congress legislated our empowered natural rights away as mere civil rights that government no longer felt accountable to the Truth and tyranny returned to rear its ugly head usurping from us of our authority and robbing from us of our American souls.
