Making a judgement by way of Truth and not by way of legal precedence

Because they are in contempt of the people's Civil Purpose, I am now superseding the present Supreme Court to pass this judgement.  In other words, in regards to the question of what is the most supreme of all courts, the greatest one will always have its focus upon the Civil Purpose of the people while relegating the practice of law to the status of a necessary tyranny.  There is no greater judgment outside of the Almighty Himself.

Taking a little time to preach the Gospel, the word Holy means separated from the endeavor of the law and the many levels of the marketplace it has worked to both create and maintain.  Understand, the subtle point made here pertains to His Will.  Before the law allowed Him to manifest the spontaneity of His Will freely, He first had to come bound by the law as the Messiah.  Indeed, in order for Him to come into this world against His Will, having been forced to do so by the law in order to fulfill the prophecy, He had to come as the very least among us as the Son of Man.  After doing so, His Holiness then abandoned the law and the many levels of its market place.  In other words, while He was behaving disobedient towards the market place, He still remained submissive to the law and its many rules and regulations.

Concerning the eventful conflict taking place in this video here, we have to first put matters into perspective concerning what is primary.  Even beyond legal precedence which are the laws we inherited from the Old World, the superior goal of the American people is to advance a greater Civil Purpose.  Concerning the use of law within these United States, it should be relegated to the status of a necessary tyranny -- with this evil serving as a mere means towards the greater end of a higher Civil Purpose.  This Civil Purpose, in turn, rules by following the conscience.  This behavior is in contrast to the old methods of judgement in the Old World which entailed passing judgments based on the cruel traditions of legal precedence.  This legal precedence, in turn, includes the law and its many levels of the market place that it both creates and maintains.

With that established, any flag trashed on public property by way of it being thrown onto the ground or burned shall then be deemed trash.  Therefore, as trash itself is deemed public property, then any person deeming such trash to have value in symbolic meaning shall then have the right to save and protect it as their own personal property.  But, according to our natural rights, one must assemble peacefully to do so.

As we should now know better, from this time on, let us all be held to both a higher standard and a greater judgement under the Light of Truth.

Prime Minister of these United States &
Acting Supreme Court
