At the beginning introduction of "The People's Proclamation of Sovereignty," a letter that I am in the process of writing to the Supreme Court, I want to proclaim the following:

As our Founding Fathers, in order to act on our behalves as lowly commoner people, rejected their rightful roles as "gentlemen" in high society, so do we the people of these United States today take up similar roles in representing the very least one among us.

The reason for adding this is a crucial matter concerning legitimacy as the only way the people may make a proclamation is by the highest of authority.  In other words, a ruler above us may make a proclamation because they are positioned to make such a decision as an indirect authority by the very highest authority Himself.  This authority came from the Chosen Vessel Paul by way of the book of Romans.

For, you see, we have the right to make this proclamation as representative people because the highest of authority ushers forth from the Great Burden within the very least among us.
