For the purpose of strengthening the foundation of our American Civil-Purpose, an Order which these United States were established upon, I've set about developing a new American science.  This new science should be metaphysical in its nature.  The reason for my doing so is because our Founding Founders utilized the metaphysical method of Natural Law when they created the formal document of The Declaration of Independence.  In contrast, the adopted theoretical science we utilize today had its origins in the Old World of Europe.

In substantiating why what we have as formal is more important than what we have as legal, one needs to be a seeker in search of the philosopher-stone.  Many in the past once searched for this ultimate mineral as the element was thought to be more valuable than gold.  We know this stone today to be the Truth.  In other words, as the Presocratic philosophers once pondered about what is the underlying structure of matter, what is the source of all things as they would ask the question, the actual answer exists as an *element that is both structural in its being and dynamic in its becoming while its purpose, the catalyst involved in its movement, its Aristotelian final-cause, if you may, moves in a general direction towards the Spiritual.

In other words, the Platonic reduction to "form" is an esoteric yet rational one in how it concludes both at the concrete being of the best answer while it also concludes in a general direction towards the dynamic becoming of an even better answer.  What tricks most of the minds off this path in search of the ultimate philosopher-stone is the theory of evolution and the two endeavors of knowing and reproduction that it focuses its attention upon.  As a rational mind reduces towards the direction of one and not two, the philosopher-stone must lie hidden in another direction.  That final-cause is a path towards seeing best and sensing better.  

As the virtues of liberty and equality are prerequisites required in advancing our American Civil-Purpose, such endeavors as knowing and reproduction are necessary advancements in the science of evolution concerning our abilities to see best and to sense even better.

So, using our senses, what is this philosopher-stone?  Well, we can begin to see an entity made up of stars which is permanently golden.  In other words, if a cup is universal, then that would mean that the meaning of cup is fixed throughout infinite space.  Likewise, gold as a mineral would also be fixed.  Yet, this philosopher-stone is also an ever improving gold in its preciousness.

Let me add what I just realized.  It is the kind of gold that is so precious that if it were to fall apart, it would be profitable as, out of nothing, an essence of itself would come forth to put its pieces back together.      

To better explain this puzzling point, let's use a star as an example.  As it is erupting and emitting energy, if one could take a picture to freeze it, then it would be possible to see and to study all of the same elements that are found on earth.  However, these minerals only exist for a brief glimpse within such an extreme and hostile environment of a star.  It is when a star goes through a cycle of exploding into bits that those elements finally freeze into place.  So, one could say a star itself is the philosopher-stone, with that being the one element that is better than gold.  However, as there exists more than one kind of star among many, we should think of a star as only formal in a Platonic best-principled way in that it is in a direction towards what is the ultimate philosopher-stone.

We aren't talking laws here, but of Order.  As laws are part of a legal process on the side of chaos, Order balances chaos.

Therefore, we should think of The Declaration of Independence as a formal document and The U.S. Constitution as legal documentation.  As the formal document is a whole new base or foundation apart from the old, the legal documentation is erected upon the formal foundation as a means to advance the new formal order.  

Or, think about it this way, as Christ was the Fullness of God, meaning that He was the expression of The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit, as He did die on the cross, that would mean the whole universe for all of eternity has fallen and even all the stars themselves have fallen.  Even more subtle, this would also mean that the very DNA within us is a lie and can't be trusted.  In other words, don't discount John Locke's contention that our natural rights are what truly reduce down on the physical level.   At the same time, remember that the universe itself still exists as one.  Therefore, while the ultimate Truth exists as an unapproachable entity, there does exist a supreme best-principled way towards that Truth.

As these United States, the disadvantaged people have advanced because of the formal document of The Declaration of Independence, because of the legal documentation of The U.S. Constitution, and because of the advent of The American Movement, the latter having arisen wholly outside of the two-party electoral process.

Pertaining to these disadvantaged people, the word right really means power.  So, in the United States, the people have a Bill of Powers.  Indeed, while on one hand we have our civil rights concerning the law of the land, on the other we also have our greater natural rights pertaining to the Order of the land which, at the core, is the Almighty Truth.  As the legal laws legislated by our governments have corrupted us into an irrational two-party system, the American Movement has worked quietly maintaining the singular foundation of these United States, an ideal Democratic Republic strengthened constantly by the shining of a rational light upon the Natural Order of our Civil Purpose.
