Introduction to Fd. Uncle Emanuel Watkins

We are often blinded by the law.  In fact, we can become so blinded by it that our hearts can't see how "laws-legislated-for-the-sake-of-the-law" are no better than chaos. In contrast, the new "order" established by our Founders was intended to work against this chaos of law. As the formal document of The Declaration of Independence established this whole new order of a natural law, so both the formal documentation of the The United States Constitution and The Bill of Rights instituted a necessary chaos of laws on one hand and the empowered natural rights of the people on the other -- the new order, the laws, and the empowered natural rights together working to create a more perfect Union. In other words, in our New World, it is order that becomes the foundation. Next, laws are then erected as the structure upon that new foundation. Law is not an end all, but just a means towards the achievement of the greater end of a new order.

As Abraham Lincoln once expressed in a manner quite eloquent, our nation was not established upon the legal precedence of Old World tyranny, but upon a new order that is of, by, and for the people. Indeed, it is the people who are held responsible, who will have to pay the price in greater taxes, who will dutifully have to shed their blood, and who will have to continue working faithfully against a monumental flow of nonsense.

In contrast to a government of, by, and for the people, the U.S. supreme court today operates of, by, and for the supreme court. Indeed, the supreme court is now operating in irreverence to our Founders, in contempt of the new order established for us, and in dishonor to the new laws erected upon that new order. This is a problem I have been trying to correct. We aren't here to live by the law for the sake of the law; but, rather, we are here to live by a higher order.

To help achieve this correction, I created the character of Fd. Uncle Emanuel Watkins.  The title "Fd." given at the beginning of his name means "Founder." This title should be taken up and utilized both by anyone who is burdened to live free of the law and anyone who isn't a lawyer. The idea here is to create a new ideal ruler as someone who is born with a gift to govern, and as someone who has a natural love for the people, just as some among us are born possessing a natural love for music, for trees, or for birds.  Indeed, this someone would be burdened to govern by the higher new order our Founders established and not by same old legal precedence of Old World laws legislated for the sake of the law.  Just as it is with the character of Uncle Emanuel Watkins, the title of "Fd." was not created of, by, and for tyranny, but of, by, and for the people responsible for creating a necessary tyranny.

This character of Uncle Emanuel Watkins will be played by myself until such time that I deem a worthy replacement. So, in a sense, I guess you could say that I am actually the person Uncle Emanuel Watkins himself.  As Uncle Emanuel Watkins, I am now serving as the prime minister of these united States.  This means that I have nothing to do with the necessary tyranny that has been set up as the Federal government.  As the prime minister, I work with the body of individual states in our quest to maintain a balance of authority with the head Federal government.  As Uncle Emanuel Watkins, I am also the First Attorney to our Founding Fathers. This means I am a representative of our Founders as they signed their names under God's judgement ordaining a whole new order.  This also means that I possess the power to hold the process of government to a higher standard and to a greater penalty under the Light of Truth. And, finally, I act as the supreme court, not in the sense of my own mindful determinations, but in the sense of what is the most supreme of all courts.

So, let it be known by every false power of manipulation threatening our united States, that Fd. Uncle Emanuel Watkins was established of the people, by the people, and for the people.
