It’s only natural, with reports of terrorist groups such as the Islamic State filling the news, for Americans to question just how safe they are — and if the threat is greater now than it used to be.Okay, philosophically speaking, here is the fallacy I detected. Contrary to this writers opinion, it is all natural. What stirs up terrorism in this world is a division caused by tyrannies utilization of the false dichotomies. In this case, the false dichotomy is smart unnatural being versus stupid natural beings - or those who, by and large, know the skill of how to grow food. The lie here is that some of us are animals while the rest of us work as higher unnatural beings within places like the Heritage Foundation. Indeed, because a select few attended a university of higher learning, they are members of an unnatural civilization. In turn, those who live in this higher civilization aren't animals.
We’ve never really been safe. At least that’s what a database maintained by the Heritage Foundation finds.
At this point, I spit out the article leaving the rest of it unread.
Indeed, the meaning of the word "natural" was fully substantiated by the Greek philosopher Aristotle. See, he felt burdened to create a natural science and his accompanying rational thought processes in order to prove that all plants and animals possess souls. In other words, get this, he didn't create science for the sake of science alone. The ultimate reason why he did so was because of the cruel way in which the people of ancient Greece treated animals. In this way, perhaps the plants and animals would be better revered and left alone.
In contrast to Aristotle, Plato believed math was science. This is also an excellent argument because, well, as it is often said, every great aspect about Western Civilization can be written as footnotes to Plato.
But, of course, this writer here is superior to those silly ancient philosophers as he is more of a sophisticate and because he or she most likely possesses modern things like smart phones.
