Here is the first part of my revised letter. I'm going to reconstitute it in parts as Google seems to have a problem with its size. In the end, I will post the whole letter in its entirety.

A Letter Written to the Most
Supreme of All Courts

by Uncle Emanuel Watkins

Preface

I created Uncle Emanuel Watkins as a hypothetical character.  Much like when businessmen refer to 'gadgets' and 'widgets' when speaking about hypothetical business models and methods, so Uncle Emanuel Watkins is an ideal position of authority who I created of, by, and for the people.  The title of 'Fd.' at the beginning of his name denotes 'Founder.'  While a Founder is someone who is an ideal leader, he or she cannot be either a legal attorney or anyone having anything to do with law.  In novel fashion, he or she will have earned their honorific title by the writing of many 'simple writs.'

A simple writ is a style of writing.  In contrast to the more official essay which divides the potential reading audience into many classifications and dichotomies, a writer of a simple writ should imagine shrinking the whole world as their reading audience down to within the being of a lone wretch.  If deciding that you too want to walk down this path, here are the rules to follow.  First, write your writs while experiencing the harshest of elements both out on the hottest of days and the coldest of nights.  As the wretch will be suffering from these same harsh conditions, limit the contents of your writs to one side of a single page.  This way she won't become distracted by having to turn it over to read the other side.  Don't reference your information as she won't have the means to validate it.  While the king will have lots of leisure time for personal enrichment, in contrast, the wretch will be quite desperate.  Next, never condescend to her.  And, finally, remember, as she is only a metaphor, you don't ever have to give her the message.

The following is an example of a simple writ:

Reading towards the end of the Gospel of Mark, I had to marvel.  As revealed in this gospel, the wretched little sisters who buried the body of Christ after His resurrection were already functioning as the church even to the extent that it was said they were already speaking with angels.  So, being a typical man, I had to ask myself the question of why such people in their right minds would venture out to gather a lost flock of disciples for the purpose of placing them as an authority over their own heads?  In considering the behavior of these sisters, don't get religious on me.  Sure, one could argue that these sisters were broken in their beings and transformed to an extent that they were able and willing to follow after the Holy Spirit.  I'm sure this reasoning is part of the correct answer.
Actually, I believe these sisters had to create this authority in order to take care of the head of John.  See, the disciple John was born mentally ill which is why he had to keep his head in direct and constant contact with Christ.  After Christ's crucifixion, he began to fall ill again.  So, in order to care of him, the sisters realized John needed to keep his head in direct contact with the Holy Spirit.  In order to usher in this Holy Spirit, the sisters had to build up the church which required establishing an authority.
These little sisters of the early church were like worthless insects to the fallen emperors and kings.  Spiritually speaking, the lowest form of life on earth are supposed to be the insects.  The reason for this is their lack of having any face.  As a face represents a person's authority, insects are shown the least amount of respect.  So, as the brilliant face of Christ would have the greatest of authority, the insects would have the very least.  Only after establishing this proper perspective can we then take the very least among all the worthless insects and utilize them in order to glorify the greatest who created them.  I'm speaking here about the little ants.
Like the wretch herself, these ants are always in a desperate battle for survival.  They are our little sisters as they are fighting along with us in our battle to remain as living organisms with free wills.  However, these ants can't devolve to become much smaller than they are.  In doing so, they would be in danger of perishing into another living cell becoming nameless and faceless parts called organelles.  Like being eaten and becoming part of a larger living organism, this condition is tantamount to losing ones soul.
So, for the time being, the ant has resorted to storing away the males of her species.  Indeed, not being able to even feed themselves, the drone ants are as helpless as babes.  In order to get matters under control, the ant colony of female ants are the ones who do all the working, the managing, and the fighting of wars.  Indeed, the males in an ant colony aren't needed for the colonies survival, but for its potential grow to one day thrive as living beings with free wills.
So, the little sisters in the Gospel of Mark went out of their way to gather an authority over their heads not for the reason of behaving more responsible and equal.  No, the reason they were able to do so was out of concern for the well-being of another.

Then again, my interpretation of that particular passage of the Gospel of Mark might be one hundred and eighty degrees off the mark!

                                                                             Fd. Uncle Emanuel Watkins

Preamble

The greatest of benefits are derived from the most precious of alterations. Meanwhile, in stark contrast, political chaos is the overheated business of thoughtless persecution involving endless implementations of change perpetuated through endless enactments of law. While standing upon a solid foundation laid down for them by their own founders, our reverent Founding Fathers achieved much by doing little. Indeed, by narrowing their focus upon the declaration of a natural law, they established the base of a whole new order upon which was later constructed a New World. After ordaining this new order, our Founders then established a new Constitution for the purpose of creating a new form of government. Within the preamble of that new Constitution, they did not address us as a vanquished people as they had every right to do so as conquering officials, but stood among us as people themselves. Indeed, they stood of, by, and for the people for the purpose of warning all future tyrannies that the brilliant light from the Enlightenment period was never meant to shine upon officials, but upon the people themselves, upon the ones who congregated in fellowship to establish a new form of government, and upon the ones who chose to institute a more perfect Union by preserving authority for a greater purpose of advancing our Civil-Purpose.

In understanding this, I Fd. Uncle Emanuel Watkins do ordain and establish of, by, and for the people these united States the position of prime minister.

Introduction

While fearing God, our Founding Fathers wrote a document after which they signed their names to it and took a sacred oath. While performing this little masterpiece, they realized the threat of both His divine providence and judgement. Though they were rightful gentlemen of high esteem, they chose to strip themselves of those titles in order to act as our representatives.

Therefore, as of today, we the people have already made a declaration, have already fought in a revolutionary war, and have already created a more perfect Union by the institution of a new Constitution. So, there is no need of stumbling us up any further with doing these same things over and over again. Likewise, we have already salvaged our more perfect Union by a process known as the American Movement. The American Movement is the one true movement as it returns the people to the revering of our Founding Fathers, to the cherishing of the ordainment they justified within for our sake within the Declaration of Independence, and to the honoring of the new laws they established within the U.S. Constitution. And to the realization that, if God be the supreme over all powers, and if all people are born with certain of His unalienable rights within, then the greatest power concerning a more perfect Union is going to be welded by the people.

As there is just one true movement and that be the American Movement; so, let us put a halt to this vain partaking in lessor false movements which serve to fan the flames of two-party fervor. Instead, let us advance towards a greater Civil-Purpose.

In order to advance towards this greater end, the position of prime minister of these united States has been both ordained and established. Here are some of his or her duties:

1. Like is the case with Fd. Uncle Emanuel Watkins, all prime ministers must earn the honorific title of 'Founder' to hold the position.

2. A function of the prime minister is to acknowledge others who are worthy enough to take on the unofficial role as well as to disqualify those who seem important enough but lack the character to hold the position for whatever reason. He or she will also provide reasons for their qualifications and / or disqualifications.

3. Serve as the most supreme of all courts during any time the U.S. supreme court has become corrupted concerning the people's Civil Purpose and the prerequisite advancement of it. The power welded by the prime minister will be wholly a matter of conscience and not of law. He or she when making a judgement has been ordained to do so as an intermittent sovereignty and, during such times, will be empowered to hold our government and its officials to a higher standard and to a greater penalty under the Light of Truth.

4. As the position of president has devolved to commander and chief over special interests, the prime minister should be considered appointed unofficially so of, by, and for the people of these united States.

5. The office of the prime minister is responsible for raising up other members with the honorific title of Founder. His or her clear agenda will be to raise up a new kind of leader to replace lawyers and law makers in government.
