Preface:  Introduce the fictional character of Uncle Emanuel Watkins as both conceptual and a real one.
Preamble:  Ordain and establish the character of Prime Minister of these United States of, by, and for the people.
Introduction:  Introduce the wretch as an outcast brought out from darkness
A Philosophical Response Concerning the Question of Reduction in Science
Eight Legged Essay: Define what is the people's Civil Purpose
Another Philosophical Response Concerning the Question of Unification in Science
A Proclamation by the People expressing their desire and intent, and their Sovereign Justification for Interceding Intermittently in the Affairs of our Government
A Judgement handed down by Fd. Uncle Emanuel Watkins Holding the Supreme Court of these United States in Contempt of the Wretch
