Here is my revised Preamble

Preamble

The greatest of benefits are derived from the most precious of alterations.  Meanwhile, in stark contrast, political chaos is an overheated business of thoughtless persecution involving implementations of changes for the sake of it through endless enactments of laws.  While standing upon a solid foundation laid down for them by their own founders, our Founding Fathers achieved much by doing little.  Indeed, by reducing their focus upon the declaration of a natural law, they established the base of a whole new order upon which was constructed a New World.  After ordaining this new order, our Founders then established a new Constitution for the purpose of creating a new form of government.  Within the preamble of that new Constitution, they did not address us as a vanquished people as they could have done so as conquering officials, but stood as people themselves.  Indeed, they stood victorious of, by, and for the people for the purpose of warning all future tyrannies that the brilliant light from the Enlightenment period was never meant to shine upon officials, but upon the people themselves, upon the ones who congregated in fellowship to establish a new form of government, and upon the ones who chose to institute a more perfect Union by the preservation of an authority over our own heads to serve us as a necessary tyranny.

In understanding this, I Fd. Uncle Emanuel Watkins do ordain and establish of, by, and for the people the position of prime minister of these united States.
